TENNESSEE

State motto: Volunteer State and they MEAN it, talk about helpful folk.

Not much to report except that it's REALLY ez to catch rides. Nashvillle isn't as big as it looks on the map.

There's a cool anesthelogist/museum curator that works in Ansh & travels to the Oak Ridge area and is the curator and primary researcher for a biblical artifact museum - he's the guy they made that noah's ark movie about back in the 70's...(I didn't have the heart to tell him I fell asleep watching it...)

It is illegal to walk on the interstate in TN but you usually catch rides FAST.
The only really hard part is south of Memphis toward Missisissipi

Check out the BB King statue at the welcome center on the ARK/TN line.

MAJOR CONCERT VENUES: PYRAMID & MUD ISLAND & BEALE ST: DOWNTOWN

Mephis bus inexpensive to suburbs on TN side, impossible on ARK side - WALK...

One warning - TN bridges have no shoulders so don't stray too far from the on-ramps.

And the best exit in Nashville is the one with a waffle house on both sides...(east side I-40).
I dunno much about food or lodging there, but the folks are friendly

coolness : 100
And crossing e-w is usually 6-10 hrs n-s 1-3.

Tell y'all about "TEXAS RADIO NEXT".

Write to Legendary Rob.
